How often do you have sales?
We host two sales each year – one in February/March and one in August/September.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit/debit (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover). There will be a 2% fee on credit/debit cards.
How can I shop before the public?
We have three ways to shop before the public. The VIP Presale which is always on the Sunday before we open to the public. The Early Bird Presale is always on the Tuesday before we open to the public. The new FREE Presale is the Wednesday before we open to the public. These presales allow you to shop before we open to the public which means you will find a better selection as well as better prices!! Click Here to see more details.
How much is a ticket to the Presale?
The VIP Presale has two different ticket options available, $25 (2pm – 5pm) and $15 (5pm – 7pm). The Early Bird Presale has several options that range from $3 to $5. There is no charge for the FREE Presale, but a ticket is required to shop.

Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. Please carefully inspect each item before making a purchase.
